what does this work look like?

CASE STUDY EXAMPLE

A medical aid group was approached by their state’s hospital supply manufacturing association with a partnership idea. The organization is excited with this prospect, but their staff is maxed out implementing their current programs. They know launching the program will require an experienced program leader, but it can eventually be run by more junior staff. Extra Good embeds a program director with the organization for 10 hours a week for a 6-month period to work with stakeholders to launch the program, document procedures, and implement an impact measurement plan.
