what does this work look like?
A nonprofit tutoring program just celebrated its 25th anniversary serving vulnerable communities and their stakeholders are excited about a set of new program ideas to grow the organization. Their executive director asks Extra Good to work with them to evaluate the ideas, conduct a scan of similar programs and help them determine what moves them closer to achieving their vision of a 100% high school graduation rate in an expanding service area. After the organization chooses a new program to pursue, Extra Good facilitates the writing of a 12-month program launch plan, a corporate partnership strategy, and a volunteer engagement road map.
